Storm was a happy surprise. It was way better than I was expecting. Sadly the rest of the books focus on the other Merrick Brothers, so Chris and Becca get pushed to the background.
DeleteaHHH SO MUCH AWESOME. I love Heir of Fire! Although Crown of Midnight is probably still my favourite just because That Thing With Nehima just broke my soul and I will forever ship Chaolena but I have a horrible feeling that ship is going down. *sobs forever*

You like the book because of something that sad? :( I love Heir of Fire for the personal growth Celeana went through, I too think Chaolena is going down. (he doesn't seem to trust her completely anymore after he found out who she really is)
DeleteI wasn't expecting to love Cinder, and Coldest Girl was the first book about vampires I've read in a long time that doesn't suck. (No pun intended, unless you thought it was funny. Then it was totally on purpose.)
Seeing Vain on your list seriously has me wanting to read more of that series. Vain did so many things to my heart.
