Top Ten Tuesday: Books I Read In One Sitting (or would if I had the time)

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish,
Now, hosted by Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl
To take part, just pick your top ten, and add the link here.

I haven't read many books in one sitting, but there have been a couple. There are far more that I would love to just sit and read. I'm not going to count Manga, because I feel like that would be cheating.

Have Read in One Sitting

Snow Like Ashes by Sara Raasch - I read this book in one night, and got zero sleep. According to my review, I mention that I started the book at 10pm (a bad decision for sure) and finished it around 1am the next morning. I did enjoy it, but I never finished the series or even tried to get the books from at the very least my library.

The Deep by Rivers Solomon - It's a short story. That kind of helped me finish it quickly. But it is also so good.

Little Birds by Hannah Lee Kidder -  This is a collection of short stories. Not counting Manga/Graphic Novels but counting short stories is different. with Manga/Graphic Novels, there are often whole pages with no writing.

Something Strange and Deadly trilogy by Susan Dennard - I decided to check my Goodreads and sort things by date started and compare that to when I finished it. I didn't remember that I read these books back to back, only taking about a day to read each of them.

Wish I Had the Time To

Archenemies by Marissa Meyer - Honestly, this one made the list in part so I could just get it over with as quickly as possible. I was kind of let down a bit by the first book, when I thought it was a duology, but then I found it was a trilogy, and still felt kind of 'meh' about things. I have all three books, but I'm unsure how much I care about this series anymore. I need to look at reviews and check if this is something I want to complete before I decide if I want to keep my copies or not.

The Hero of Ages by Brandon Sanderson - When I read the previous book I had to re-check it out from the library, so it took me way longer to read than I would've liked. So I would love to have the time to read this book in a day. Even if I had the time to, it's still unlikely to happen because I'm not a very fast reader.

Skyhunter by Marie Lu - This book, of what I've read so far, gives me the feeling that it's really intense. And I want to be able to just read it without being interrupted.

The Fires of Vengeance by Evan Winter - Book one was so good, I wish I could just read this completely undisturbed. (when I get it from the library that is)
