Top Ten Tuesday: Book Cover Freebie - Favorite Simplistic Book Covers

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish,
Now, hosted by Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl
To take part, just pick your top ten, and add the link here.

I love simplistic Book Covers. Sometimes really detailed ones look cluttered to me, and don't always need all the detail they are given.
This list is in no particular order.

  1. Ice Massacre makes me really curious! And I think Ninth House and The cruel Prince are great as well.

  2. Powerful focus on the titles of the books rather than the design of the covers. Good choices. I modified this week's topic, though you can see my favorite books with their covers! My favorite YA Books of the decade with covers.

  3. I must admit that although I don't care much for the fantasy genre, they do often have really nice book covers!

  4. I love your choices! They're all so pretty. I love Fireborne, because dragons on covers (even silhouettes) will alwyas grab my attention. Shadow and Flame is so pretty, too, with the light/dark contrast. Boneless Mercies is so pretty, too.

    Here's my TTT post.

  5. That Wicked Deep cover is one of the prettiest I've ever seen. There's just something about it.

  7. I read the Lunar Chronicles and loved them. These covers are fantastic. You've chosen a lot of great mystical artistry here. Thanks for sharing! My TTT
