Murder Mystery Tag

I saw this tag on boontuber gingerreadslainey's channel and thought "sounds like fun". So here I am.

THE QUESTIONS: (dun-dun-dun)

1. What is your favorite murder mystery/mystery novel?

I haven't read any murder/mystery novels recently, but way back in the day, at the tender age of 10, I read a lot of Nancy Drew. I haven't read one in a long time, but I would love to. There are so many books to choose from.

2. Who would be your victim?

There are a number of characters that irritated me. But the one that annoyed me the most was America Singer from The Selection trilogy by Kiera Cass.

From start to finish she was whiny, indecisive and just irritated me. 

3. What world would your crime happen in?

So many deadly worlds to choose from. But Im gonna go with the land of Mytica from Falling Kingdoms by Morgan Rhodes.

Lots of ways to die in this world, that could look like a causality of war.


4. Who would be your lead detective on the case?

The only one I can choose is Harry Dresden from The Dresden Files. I mean he is a wizard and a detective/consultant/PI. Solving crimes is what he does.

5. Who would be be your detectives sidekick?

It has to be someone to counter Harry Dresden's personality and work ethic. Someone who also is okay with working alone. I think I would have to go with June Iparis from Marie Lu's Legend trilogy.
Their age difference might seem like a disadvantage at first, but June is such a capable person that she can handle herself very well in combat as well as deferring riddles.

6. Who would be your culprit?

I choose the person who is the most dangerous from all of the books I have read this past year, and that is 

Celaena Sardothien from the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas.
