     Kellin Patel was forced to leave Misty behind when he was twelve years old. While the U-Haul pulled away from the only place that felt like a home, he wasn't sure if he’d see her again. As the years went by, and time never seemed to be on his side, he finally began to accept he would never have another chance with Misty.

Now, all grown up, Misty is back and looking for one last wild summer with Kellin. Though their lives have continued to move in opposite directions, they’ll realize one thing has Always remained the same: They’ve both been holding on to the memory of first love and unspoken regret.

I have grown to love these characters. We first met all of them in the first book, Sometimes Never. With each book I grew to love the characters even more.

We first met Kellin and Misty at the start of Mason and Hope's story. (Kellin being the younger brother to Mason, and Misty being the foster cousin of Hope) While they were only kids at the time I had a feeling that a later book would touch on the unresolved feelings between them.

While this book is part of a series you don't have to read the other books to know what's going on, but it does help to have at least read the first book, just so you can get a better connection to Misty and Kellin.

I never really had any question of what Misty would end up doing. Ms.McIntyre seems to like to give us happy endings to her books. But the path there is always shaky. Since I read the earlier books, and met these characters when they were 12/13 reading about them in a New Adult setting was weird at times.

I liked the first half a little more than the second half. I liked the setting more, but it made sense that they had to change the setting. Kellin kind of turned into a bit of an ass between the years when we first saw him to this book. But teenage boys are often dumb when their feelings get hurt, and he thought Misty had lead him on.

All in all, this series is one of my favorites, and I really loved reading the conclusion to Misty and Kellin's story. And I am really glad that there was more of Hope and Mason in this book, there wasn't much of them in the last couple books and their story is my first favorite and Kellin and Misty's is my second favorite. Now I want a book that features Sadie and Roh.
